2. User Responsibility

By using Pick My Advisor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when filing grievances or generating legal notices
• Not misuse the legal notice feature for frivolous or false claims
• Respect the privacy of officials and not harass them
• Comply with all applicable laws including the IT Act and Karnataka Sakala Services Act
• Verify the accuracy of your complaint details before submission

3. Fee Structure & Refund Policy

Our services are priced as follows:

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. A digital receipt is emailed to your registered email address upon successful payment.

4. Independent Professional Network

All advisors on this platform (Lawyers/CAs) are independent professionals. Pick My Advisor verifies credentials but is not responsible for the quality of services rendered. Each professional sets their own terms of engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pick My Advisor is not liable for:

• Delays or non-responses from government officials
• Actions or inactions by governance bodies
• Quality of services provided by independent advisors
• Outcomes of legal notices or consultations

We facilitate communication but do not control government processes or third-party professional services.
